Join us for a fun and educational guided tour of Parker Creek Ranch and learn all about our animals, production systems, and the land we love so much! The event is free and family friendly. Please be sure to dress comfortably, wear close-toed shoes, and bring water. Plan for being on a hayride, out in the sun, and some walking in pastures.

Join producers Travis and Mandy Krause for a hands-on and in-depth workshop focused on pasture-raised poultry production at Parker Creek Ranch (primarily broilers, laying hens, and turkeys). Morning activities will include a farm tour and thorough discussion of brooding, breed selection, shelter design, pasture rotation and management, predator prevention, disease prevention and treatment and more. Afternoon activities will include on-farm processing and packaging techniques, review of laws, permitting, marketing, and time for question and answer.
Lunch will be provided. Participants should dress comfortably, wear close-toed shoes, bring a water bottle and materials for notetaking (camera included).
